Date rape war fever
    by Phillip Schuman

The American people have been slipped a date rape drug inducing a cognitive
disorder known as war fever. Pretty effective, because it was designed by
experts at the craft perfected over decades of global destabilization and
black propaganda efforts. The guys who did it own the sheriff and the courts,
and the reporters of record. Even if we could collectively come to in time to
realize what is happening, it still might happen anyway, and getting justice
might be next to impossible. Charges will be dismissed as the rantings of a
disturbed person. And just when the eyes are starting to focus, a blinding
light of a mushroom cloud provides a compelling distraction-- less, even a
dead woman's bones can change the subject for a day or three.

Yet, however quixotic it may be, evil must be resisted. We don't have to
willingly drink the Kool-Aid. Most of the Jonestown people didn't, contrary
to the story, with most dead from gunshots to the head. And the disinfecting
power of sunshine on the subject may be all the American people need so they
can stop failing to put the dots together, as the intel alibi explanation has
been already reduced to in 10 days, prior to any investigation, and to stop
being led like lambs to slaughter.

One Sunday some time before 9/11 occurred, Condaleeza Rice had put the Afghan
war option in full detail before Bush for his signature. A war involving US ground
forces in country to remove the Taliban from power by direct US military attack.
A war for which no predicate had been laid before the American people, and for
which there was no national or political consensus.

Committing US ground forces in any numbers, let alone at division level numbers,
is a grave step, usually politically controversial, and never taken lightly without
strong reason. They had not explained any such compelling reason that the Taliban
had to be removed from power at all. They had never enunciated that policy.
Still less had they shown it was so important that it should be accomplished by a
US military invasion, putting thousands of US servicemen's lives at risk. They hadn't
mentioned this idea in the slightest. It's not clear they even consulted senior GOP
leaders. (Perhaps a fertile line of inquiry.)

But they had lain the groundwork of cooperation for this war with a dozen or
more nations over the prior months, gaining basing and operations rights in
the several Afghan-bordering 'stan' countries by agreeing to arm and train their
forces, bulldozing mile-long airstrips, prepositioning men, planes, equipment and
materiel, training the foreign nationals there, briefing India and Japan on their
intentions to commence joint regional military hostilities by October, 2001,
lining up Chinese and Iranian military support through their client factions in the
region, and taking on Britain and Russia as principle junior partners in the
 extensive prewar planning.

The next day, Monday, the largest joint US/British naval armada ever assembled
made anchor after a long coordinated voyage begun in some cases a full month
earlier, together with 35,000 total joint ground troops personnel, in the
international waters closest to Afghanistan. That day, senior Pentagon officials
canceled flight plans after being warned against flying. Low level stateside enlisted
military personnel warned their families they were about to go into action, and they
thought something big was coming down.

Near dawn the next day, Tuesday, the US Air Force launched two state of the
art air traffic monitoring AWAC planes into holding patterns over the United States.
These airspace superiority and dominance communication centers, designed to
coordinate large numbers of US fighters in widespread aerial combat, are equipped
with ultra-sensitive radar equipment that can see scores of miles over the horizon,
and super-computer enhanced electronics, allowing them to simultaneously track
thousands of flying objects and analyze the data in real time over several thousand
square miles each. Our most sophisticated military eyes and ears were in place.
And suddenly, the world underwent an historical change.

Within a week, the war no one had discussed in public, let alone agreed to, was on.
Within a week, the Bush administration produced a 1,000 page long piece of
sweeping legislation that substantially set aside the protections of five of the Bill of
Rights. Produced in writing only at the last minute before the vote, no legislator could
have read what was in the bill being voted on. There were only two responsible 'nay'
votes, the Democratic Congresswoman's and Russ Feingold's.

And within 2 more weeks, a military assault began which would have taken months
to prepare if launched from a standstill as a new mandate, without the prepositioned
men and materiel with prearranged local basing rights. Our heavy choppers would
have had to fly thousands of lengthy, arduous sorties off our carriers, vulnerable to
ground fire, to mount a fraction of what we had on the scene so quickly.

For, of course, that Sunday had been the 9th, Monday the 10th, and Tuesday,
the 11th of September. As it turned out, Bush needn't have had any concern about
the public supporting his pre-planned war. 8 times now, Bush has publicly joked
that 9/11 helped him hit the trifecta, allowing him to break his solemn unconditional
unqualified campaign promise not to spend Social Security money on anything but
debt reduction. (We're now borrowing over $100 billion this year, partially now
and increasingly so to pay for the tax cut, and Bush's own numbers project that
will continue for at least 5 more years.)

His partisan audiences have found that 'joke' hilarious.

Now we have an announced policy of preemptive strikes, unilaterally as necessary,
including the never before contemplated tactic of first use of battlefield nuclear
weapons against non-nuclear powers despite our overwhelming superiority in
conventional arms, with 60 nations as prospective theaters of battle, over 1/3rd of
the nations of the world. They promise that the war will continue for decades,
longer than Vietnam, longer than any in our history, and certainly involve the
mass slaughter of Americans by nuclear explosion and mass chemical/biological
weapons attack on our soil. Southeast Asia has become so destabilized that
nuclear war and the death of millions is possible within the next two weeks.
The United States was instrumental in both India's and Pakistan's obtaining
 nuclear military capability.

If Saddam smuggles in an atomic weapon or biological weapon, he only has what
capability he has because we sold it to him. If China attacks us, it will be with
nuclear missiles we've been helping them perfect with technology transfers for
over 20 years. If Islamic extremists have smuggled in shoulder launched Stinger
missiles to take down our civilian or military aircraft, they have them because we
supplied those to them in the '80s. If fanatical Islam mobilizes 1/5 of the world's
population in a war of civilizations with America, it is because we invented and
spread that belief to fight the Soviet Union during the Cold War by mobilizing
millions of their Islamic minorities against them. And now they need a replacement
global enemy to justify adding a 1/2 trillion dollar increase to a baseline scheduled
10 year $3.5 trillion budget, already previously devouring more than all other
appropriations voted annually by the Congress put together. And the interest,
over $300 billion annually, is from the debt and the interest on the debt taken
on for military operations. And, deus ex machina, we have one ready made.

It has always been this way for centuries. We armed Japan, selling them the
scrap metal they used to build their navy. We armed and financed Germany,
with Prescott Bush, the Bush family scion, Germany's principle financier in
marketing German bonds in this country. We armed and financed Russia.
War is big business, right up there with oil, and most of the wars directly
involve Big Oil's interests anyway. Iran/Iraq? Oil. Gulf War? Oil.
Kosovo? Oil. Somalia? Oil. Vietnam? Oil. The Falklands? Oil.
Suez Canal? Oil. Afghanistan? Oil. The West creating Khaddafi? Oil.
Dominating world drug trafficking is the only thing remotely comparable
to the other Big Two, and it's a distant third. With the Taliban out, and the
poppy crop back in, maybe Bush hit the trifecta again. But you need a string
of puffed up patsies to get in the ring with the champ to keep the suckers paying.
The easiest way is to sponsor a dictator for a while, and then attack him,
a favorite formula returned to repeatedly. Or you have your inside man instigate
as much of the whole thing is necessary, as occurred in the first WTC bombing,
 and the OKC bombing.

Now, in this case, our military housed, fed and trained 4 of the alleged hijackers
at Pensacola Naval Air Base, known as the crown jewel of naval aviation. Public
records show they had filed addresses at the base itself in their names with the
US Postal Service and on Florida driver's licenses.

5 of the other alleged hijackers are alive in their countries of origin. 1 other died
two years ago. The FBI has acknowledged these men used forged identification,
so it is unclear who any of them were. None were recorded by any of the
surveillance systems in any of the airports that day. Alleged ringleader Mohammed
Atta's first plane's schedule allowed only a 15 minute window to make his
connecting plane, so any take off or landing delay would have meant he would
have missed the party entirely. Odd, with the painstaking years' long planning,
to leave such a critical element subject to an easy chance of last minute failure.
Atta's paper passport allegedly survived the massive fireball explosion and
escaped the crash to be found 6 blocks away from the site. It would appear
almost certainly to have been planted there instead.

Mr. Springman, the State Dept. official in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, has said he
was repeatedly forced to issue visas to unlawful applicants under fraudulent
circumstances, as part of an intelligence operation to train Saudis in this country
as pilots. The two DEA/CIA connected private flight schools owned by Dutch
nationals attended by the hijackers had their records seized by armed guards
at the personal direction of the attending Florida governor Jeb Bush, and
immediately flown back to Tallahassee. Those schools had run sometimes
900 Saudi nationals through their pilot training in a month's time, at tens of
thousands of dollars a pop, often paid in cash. There are over 1,000 Saudis
receiving flight training in this country matching a single Saudi first name.
Oil money, spook money, drug money, blood money.

Snap out of it, America. Get your legs together, and at least give these guys
a permanent scar on their face, maybe a blind eye, maybe a new soprano voice.
The time is late, and impending events are acrowding on the horizon. Knowing
these guys, no surviving rape victim, no charges in the first place, so the
rape may be the least of it if we can't somehow muster decisive resistance.
It may literally be a struggle for survival for millions of Americans.

The Democrats won't do it. They're on the money gravy train too, just hoping
to move up to the better compartments someday. The media won't do it,
likewise. We have to do it. We must individually call out the evil we see,
and hope America is not too drugged up to hear it.

If we haven't completely lost our soul as a nation, we may yet rouse ourselves
to a righteous red hot anger flowing like a raging river, redirected in a modern
Labor of Hercules to wash out the filth and utter putrefied corruption of the
modern Stygean stables housing our government and financial elites, encrusted
with the gore of the victims of their heinous wanton and depraved slaughters
 over the centuries.

If we have lost our soul as a nation, following false gods to bitter ends,
then may God have mercy and make our end swift.
