What you just read was a slight exaggeration.
Below is the original begging, grovelling apology.

Question:
Do all Texans grovel when they didn't do anything wrong?
I thought Texans were tough.
I thought they had some pride.

All these years, I was never worried about an invasion from the south
because I knew they'd have to go thru Texas and their 80,000,000 guns.

But if all Texans turn yellow cowards when asked to explain their actions,
maybe Oklahoma and America isn't as safe as I once thought.

There was a joke, apparently looooong ago, that toilet paper made
in Texas didn't work very well because it wouldn't take shit off of anybody.

Between Smirk's great China Grovel and Chuy's apologies,
I'll bet today's Texas toilet paper works just fine.
