Dr. Laura has given several different stories concerning these pictures.
First, she said they were fakes, and the pictures were NOT of her.
She would never do anything like spread her legs reeeeeeeeeal wide for a camera.

Then, she went to court and tried to get the judge to order the website
with the pictures to take the pictures down because she owned them.

Funny,

...Dr. Laura would own tacky, tacky pictures of some woman with her legs spread like a whore?

It would be a mistake to conclude that I got home from the White House on Saturday,
and had urgent e-mail that said,  "You've seen the Dr. Laura nasty pics?"  and spit out a URL.

I went to this URL, saw political humor gold and DL'd everything there.
Then, I called my friend Sabutai and said "Check this site."
He did, called me right back and said, "It's blank.   What was there?"

The judge issued a TRO against gotcha.com.

I, BartCop, was under no such legal order.
That judge has never heard the name BartCop, trust me.

It would be a BIG mistake to think that I snatched these pictures from the jaws of
Dr Laura getting-away-with-it,    cause it didn't happen that way at all.
(cough, cough, cough)

The fact that those pictures were re-posted on several newsgroups minutes later
should not in any sense be considered suspicious or somehow get back to me.

Now, these nasty-hot pictures were everywhere.
The pictures suddenly spread allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll over the internet in a flash,

Weeks later, the judge ruled that trying to stop these pictures spinning around the world
at the speed of light on the internet made about as much sense as trying to part the water
in your bathtub with your hands like Chuck Heston.

So, the pictures are legal - but are they of our Dr. Laura?
Or has some clever imposter been made up to look exactly like her?

Maybe it's not really her.
Maybe it's an imposter, posing as a cheap tramp.
