Foster's body or clothing were found to have the
following on them: rug fibers, blonde hairs
(his hair was brown to graying), and semen.
These were taken to imply a) he had just been
with a blonde lover prior to his death, and
b) his body was transported by rolling it up
in a rug for camouflage purposes.
The unofficial explanations to the skeptics were
that a) his house had just undergone recarpeting,
b) the Honda was a family car, used by his wife
and daughters, who were blondes, and
c) actually, I don't think anyone has explained
the presence of semen (does semen come out,
like urine and feces, upon death?).
Note: No.
The anti-depressant Desyrel had been prescribed
to Foster, and one side effect is priapism, an erection that
won't go away for hours. (But Foster didn't seem
to have had the prescription filled, or taken this medication).
Plausible explanations, it would seem, but did
those explanations hold up? That is, did the carpet fibers found
on Foster match the fibers of his new and/or
old carpet at home? Were the blonde hairs consistent with his family's
blonde women's hairs? Do dead men leak semen
routinely, or if their brains are blown out? Did Foster have sex
with his wife that morning?
There is no answer on the record. That is, to
my knowledge, these fibers and hairs weren't checked against those
said to provide the answer to why they were present
at the death scene, on the dead guy, by ANY of the investigatory
efforts. Or, if they were, and perhaps didn't
match, those tests were suppressed.
Remember, Fiske's removal was because of anger
at how quickly he was about to rule Foster's death a suicide.
It enraged Senators Jesse Helms and Lauch Faircloth,
who had an ace in the hole-- they were the longtime political
patrons of a North Carolina political hack named
David Sentelle, whom they had influenced Reagan to appoint to the
federal bench, and Reagan or Bush to elevate
to the appellate court level, and whom radical GOPer and confirmation
hearings perjurer Chief Justice William Rehnquist
appointed to head up the 3-judge panel in charge of appointing
Independent Counsels. Both of them met with Sentelle
over lunch prior to his decision to sack Fiske and appoint
Starr instead, and Sentelle refused to flatly
deny that had been the subject of discussion, claiming lamely only that
it hadn't been 'to the best of his recollection.'
Now, Starr was hired to find a conspiracy in the
Foster case. He went to extraordinary lengths, having teams
of investigators comb every square inch of Ft.
Marcy Park for weeks with metal detectors to try to find the bullet.
He held the case open for years after receiving
it before ultimately declaring his agreement with the other investigations.
And yet, he didn't attempt to test the hair and
fiber evidence?!?!? And, according to Knowlton, would have either
wholly suppressed or fundamentally misrepresented
Knowlton's eyewitness testimony, except the IC law requires
the targets of IC investigations to be allowed
to say their piece in the official report?!?!
What is going on here? What possible powerful
force could engage the cooperation of such consistently anti-Clinton
liars as Starr and the American Spectator and
the GOP committees to sweep troubling evidence under the rug,
and instruct the nation to move on, nothing to
see here, these are not the 'droids you seek?
We know truth was no bar to their continued false
accusations, so that isn't the likely answer here.
One clue might be in the mirror image of a likely
false accusation. It is claimed that Vince and Hillary had purloined
NSA national security information even prior
to Clinton's presidency, and were selling it to the Israelis. Evidence
includes eyewitness accounts of certain blue-bound
folders, which were NSA secret materials, among Foster's
office's effects, and/or being carried around
the WH by him. This would answer what he was doing going to
Switzerland on repeated one-day trips-- stashing
the payoff monies.
I say this is likely false, because there is no
information showing V&H had access to such matters as private citizens
in Arkansas. And, international desperadoes have
ways of getting monies in Swiss bank accounts that don't require
them to physically go to that country. But the
best lies or smears have a kernel of truth, which can be used to twist
the facts 180 degrees from the truth, and misdirect
attention.
The truth is that not only was Jonathan Pollard
an official Israeli spy, who gathered 1 million top secret documents
for Israel which were sold to the Russians, but
he was acting as part of a network under the direction of an Israeli
deep penetration mole in high official position,
code-named 'Mega.' Israeli intelligence had wire-tapped the White
House communications system, as Clinton mentioned
himself to Monica, and has come out in press accounts.
Foster could have had early indications of this,
directly from NSA intercepts, accounting for his possession of those
materials, and providing the motive for his murder,
if it was murder rather than suicide. As explosive as the Pollard
affair had been, the rest of the story was more
explosive still, threatening the US/Israel special relationship.
So perhaps this rumored connection was made to
poison that line of inquiry, knowing that all official Washington
would close ranks to prevent such a disclosure
from being made. Similar to how the Israeli spy ring scandal
associated with 9/11 has completely blocked Democrats
from making any case against the Bush administration's
prior knowledge and/or complicity in those events.
If this is even partially correct, Koresh help us, we are in far deeper kimshi than even we think.

I've never heard this subject talked about rationally before.
Two other things - the suicide note and the Wall Street Journal.
Foster mentioned the phrase "blood sport" in his lost-then-found
suicide note.
Can you refresh us as far as what the WSJ was all about?
