Hello All
This is my second reply. First, having seen a photo of Terry "bartcop", I always imagined him as much younger. Maybe sickness ages us, or age sickens us.
I would like to say that I never considered him greedy, nor would I have been disrespectful. While I may not have always agreed, I still saw him as a regular Democrat, aligned with us 'Po' Folk .
AS to Bart being 'crude', I didn't see that at all, unless one means the use of 4 letter words. After 8 years of 'Dubya', they are appropriate!
Like many, I am dealing with foreclosure.
I will try to find a few pennies to send on, if not to preserve the Site, at least to honor the family.

I never missed the weekly editions of Bartcop.

How sad this is! I didn't realize Bart was ill. I always look forward to reading these pages. Condolences to all. We will send some support to Mrs. Bart R.I.P.

I am deeply saddened by Bart's passing. I looked forward to each and every issue. I first learned of him as he was being interviewed on C-Span. My deepest sympathy to Mrs. Bart. Bart will be missed and may he rest in peace.

Whenever I think of Bart, and that will be often, I shall think of this quote of Gandhi's:
"When I despair, I remember that all through history the ways of truth and love have always won. There have been tyrants, and murderers, and for a time they can seem invincible, but in the end they always fall. Think of it -- always."
My condolences to you Mrs. Bart, and your family. Bart will be sorely missed.

From the early BFEE years, I have read every page he posted. For a man with an IQ of 67, he was one of the smartest in the world. I hope you went with the satisfaction of know so many people appreciate you so much.
