"Under the unwavering leadership of President Bush, the cause of freedom and democracy
is being advanced by the courageous men and women serving in our armed services.
The president is doing exactly the right thing. I've run into a little bit of trouble in my community.
But my position hasn't changed. You know with Bush it is not just rhetoric when he talks of his
vision for that entire part of the world. I feel as strongly now as I did then. I fully support the
president and the war in Iraq."

Bush, Kerry Wind Up Too-Close-to-Call Campaigns
Tighter than a too-tight bathing suit when you're sunburned

  Click  Here

Bush and Kerry swung into the last day of campaigning hoping an election
too close to call will end with everyone knowing who won.

Squeezing every dwindling hour for advantage, Bush laid on a six-state tour Monday,
mostly in the Midwest. Kerry was working the heartland for a final time, too.

Last-minute polls continue to show a very close race.

Marist University poll: Kerry  49, Bush with 48.
CBS-New York Times poll:  Bush 49, Kerry with 46.
Fox Whore News: Bush and Kerry each with 46 percent.
Pew Research Center: Bush 48 percent, Kerry with 45.

"They" say a majority of new voters are going for Kerry.
Koresh please, we need this one.

Bonehead has a heart as cold as stone...
He doesn't give a dam about the terrorists, the dead soldiers,
the disabled soldiers, the victims of 9/11.
(Remember he called the attack a part of his trifecta)

The part that bothers me the most is the fact that the people
( I call them hyptomized zombies)believe everything that he spits out at them
and don't EVEN realize that they are victims .....

I listened to Bernie Sander and Tom Hartmann on C-Span and they have a good answer for this dilemma...
Tom said he passed a very poor neighbor hood where he saw some Bush signs...Bernie said they are going
to vote for Bush because most of them believe that gay marriages must be stopped and Bush has the answer.
 Crazy stuff.

No wonder the polls are close most of these Zombies  are obsessed with abortion, gays and us rotten liberals
whom they say have turned America into a cesspool of degenerates.

I have to get this stuff off my chest so I'm glad you ask for a comment to which I answer once in a while.
I think I know what I'm talking about since I live with a son who is a Zombie.
I also claim some wisdom of the ages since I'm 85 and am proud to say that I am a home grown DEMOCRAT

Mary, good stuff - great to hear from you - thanks.

U.S. Concludes Bin Laden Escaped at Tora Bora

  Click  Here

The Bush administration has concluded that Osama bin Laden was present during the battle for Tora Bora
[in 2001] and that failure to commit U.S. ground troops to hunt him was its gravest error in the war against
al Qaeda, according to civilian and military officials with first-hand knowledge.

Intelligence officials have assembled what they believe to be decisive evidence, from contemporary and
subsequent interrogations and intercepted communications that bin Laden began the battle of Tora Bora inside
the cave complex along Afghanistan's mountainous eastern border. Though there remains a remote chance that
he died there, the intelligence community is persuaded that bin Laden slipped away in the first 10 days of December.

After-action reviews, conducted privately inside and outside the military chain of command, describe the episode
as a significant defeat for the United States. A common view among those interviewed outside the U.S. Central
Command is that Army Gen. Tommy R. Franks, the war's operational commander, misjudged the interests of
putative Afghan allies and let pass the best chance to capture or kill al Qaeda's leader. Without professing second
thoughts about Tora Bora, Franks has changed his approach fundamentally in subsequent battles, using Americans
on the ground as first-line combat units.

But the GOP keeps saying this is a myth.
Why do they keep saying that?

Same reason as always - because the Democrats refuse to call them on it.

How can we win if we refuse to join the fight?

John Hodges is a rural GOP hack in California who was caught sending out THREE absentee ballots

US journalist arrested in Florida for taking photo of voters
This is why you have to take your camcorder to the polls

  Click  Here

A sheriff's deputy Jeb goon tackled, punched and arrested a US journalist for taking pictures
of people waiting in line to cast early ballots in West Palm Beach, local media reported.

A sheriff's spokesman said later the deputy was enforcing a new county rule
(Is that similar to a law?  And just how "new" is this "rule?") prohibiting reporters from
interviewing or photographing voters lined up outside the polls, the Palm Beach Post said.

The deputy Sunday tried to grab the camera of James Henry, a freelance journalist who has written
for The New York Whore Times and The WaHoPo.  Henry, 54, ran across the pavement but was
tackled by the deputy, who pinned him to the ground, punched him in the back and handcuffed himy.

He was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Sounds to me like he should get a medal for keeping an eye on Jeb and his goons.

AP Analysis: Electoral Race Virtually Tied

Bush and Kerry are virtually tied in the Electoral College count, fighting over eight

"Under normal circumstances, undecided voters break against the incumbent this late in an election.

"The question then becomes, will this be different than most years? Will swing voters decide

 Give Kerry a Chance
    by Carla Binion

  Click  Here

It's Bush who has lied to the nation so often and so egregiously that his lying has been the primary subject of hundreds of
articles and dozens of books written over the past few years.  It was Bush who began the Iraq war, not Kerry.  It was Bush
who planned to invade Iraq years before September 11, 2001, and then tried to deceive the world into thinking the Iraq war
was a legitimate response to 9/11.  Kerry isn't the one who did those things.

Some progressives say Kerry would continue the Iraq war in the same way Bush has or that he might escalate the war.
We can't be certain that's the case (regardless of any campaign rhetoric) unless Kerry is given the chance to prove himself.
With Bush, we know we can only expect more of the same.     Bush has proved he's inflexible and closed-minded.
Kerry has shown he's willing to change his mind when given new information, and he's proved he's more open to
liberal ideas than other Democratic candidates have been.

"This plot is so secret that it doesn't exist. To my knowledge, in the time I have served as

As has been pointed out elsewhere, Dick Cheney owns 433,000 unexercised Halliburton stock options,

On 9/11/01, Halliburton stock stood at $28.73
On 10/28/04, Halliburton stock stood at $36.72

The difference of $7.99 per share, times the 433,000 options he holds,
mean that he's made $3,459,670 just on those Halliburton stock options.
And that's not counting any shares he might own in the Carlyle Group,
