any question of GM's staying out of bankruptcy. The company's
revenue fell from $180 billion in 2007 to $149
billion in 2008, with the worst crash in the fourth quarter. Car
sales
have continued to plunge into the new year.
The company's current asset position continues to deteriorate by about
$2 billion a quarter even with massive Federal
injections of cash. With cash & equivalents now down to just

$14 billion, they can't go on this way for much

agree to "testify"
Conyers caves - again - allows them to dictate terms

What else did Conyers give them - blanket immunity?

...but not the stepfather for raping this child for three years?
Abortion is only permitted in Brazil in cases
of rape and where the mother's life is at risk
and doctors say the girl's case met both these
conditions. Police believe that the girl had been

twelve fold).
When the Country began to recover then it was
Trickle Down finally taking effect and had nothing to do
with the policies of the Clinton administration.
I expect this nonsense to return as the Obama
plan puts People to work and puts real money back in the hands
of main street and not that invisible cloud cash
that has propped up the Neo fiscal conservatives for the past eight years.
They will in fact demand that the policies of
Junior Bush will just now be taking hold and that it would be seventeen
fold
greater if only McCain had been president instead
as Obama's plan destroyed the true power,i/e the top 5% strata.
And these Shysters who want to lay the deregulation
of buisness and the disastrous banking policies which got us here
at Bill Clintons feet, well here is a little
news flash - that actually is Phill Gramm,McCains good friend and campaign
advisor.

The same Phil Gramm who co-authored the Gramm-Rudman
bill and who was a tireless opponent of the
1933 Glass-Steagal Act which he successfully
overturned in 1999. In December 2000 Gramm, Richard Lugar and
with help from banking lobbyist' (Enron) penned
the Commodity Futures Modernization Act which was enthusiastically
supported by Alan Greenspan and then Treasury
Secretary Larry Summers(Not Democrats).
Remember the plan is to worship Rush Limbaugh and backstab Barry Obama just the same today,as it was back then.
