In remarks before the Democratic (DCCC) fundraiser,
Obama brought out the blowtorch,
saying that Republicans are like bad drivers,
who once drove the car into a ditch and now want the keys back.
"After they drove the car into the ditch, made
it as difficult as possible for us to pull it back, now they want
the keys back. No! You can’t drive.
We don’t want to have to go back into the ditch. We just got the car out."
The president painted the Republican party as
the party standing in the way of reform. He said,
"They’ve done their best to gum up the works
to make it look broken. To say no to every single thing.
Despite economic improvements recently
Republicans are still falling all over themselves to argue otherwise."

Obama should say, "Rush tells his listeners
that *I* and responsible for our economy crashing in 2008."
The Pigboy's ego will demand that he respond to that - he plays every mention - but how?
He can't say, "Yes, that's right - Senator
Obama crashed our country in October 2008."
But he also can't say, "I never said that
- everyone knows Bush crashed the economy,"
Yet he HAS to play the audio on his hate show - he has no choice,
He's stuck - I don't see how he can get out of that trap.
