Oil could foul Florida Keys, East Coast

ABP said Monday more than 80% of the spilled
oil was getting past them and further fouling the Gulf
as worries escalated that the ooze could carry
through the Florida Keys and up the East Coast.
As engineers worked to get a better handle on
