 First we invade a country that wasn't a threat, then we murder the ruler's sons,
 then we capture the ruler and now we're fixing his trial to make him look guilty?

 What if Saddam testifies who sold him that poison gas he used on the Kurds?

 Subject: London situation

 Since we know that Bush wants to invade Iran next, one thing we can predict with near
 certainty is that government reports on the London transportation attacks will be linking it
 with "known Iranian militants" or some such thing.  Don't be surprised if a slightly charred
 Iranian passport is found near the bus explosion, or a "How To" manual written in Farsi is
 found in a flat formally occupied by Middle Eastern types, or that a map of the London
 Underground marked with three "X's" is found in a rental car in a downtown carpark.

 Since we all know how this Bush fantasy is supposed to end, its easy as pie
 for any of us to write the rest of the script.

 Bush has told us 1,000 times,

 Had they struck in the US, it would have made Bush look stupid.
 Whoever ordered the hit on London does not want Bush to look stupid.

 At a time when support for Bush's bloody invasion is waning,
 this is just the boost they need for people to say, "Maybe Bush is right."

 The judge is set to declare a mistrial in a civil lawsuit into the killing of  Notorious BIG,
 bartcop.com  has learned.  Last week, documents emerged suggesting an informant
 had claimed to be able to link a police officer to the killing.  Police who handed over the
 documents had failed to mention them to the plaintiffs in the lawsuit, which opened June 21.

 On Tuesday, the family called for the trial to be shelved and for sanctions to be brought
 against the city of Los Angeles, in the wake of the new information emerging. Wallace's family
 was suing Los Angeles and the LAPD, alleging that LAPD officer David Mack likely played
 a role in the killing.  The policeman cited by the informer was a team mate of Mack's.

 Inquiries by the LAPD inquiry and the FBI failed to produce results.

 It is expected to accuse the LAPD of racketeering and to name Perez as a defendant.

 Live8 was amazing. There were no commercials because it was on the BBC.
 I think the highlight of the concert for a lot of people was Pink Floyd's set.
 
 We wouldn't know - we live in America.
 

 The act who got the most derision was Mariah Carey singing with the little
 African children - Brits don't like that sort of thing - too sentimental.

 Paul McCartney was meant to open by himself (!) but Bono threw his toys out of
 the pram and said that he had done more for the cause and surely he should go first.

 Bono is a great musician but a bit of a prima donna.
