C. Is Robert Parry going to give us his Nancy Grace Guarantee that Obama's
"early opposition" to Bush's war was consistent, vigorous and constant?
Central to this Clinton comeback was a readiness to do whatever was necessary,
from seeking sympathy to sliming an opponent.
There you go again - reading Hillary's mind and then tattling on her inner-most thoughts.
If you had gone to Vegas the first time you claimed you could read minds,
you would
be a
millionaire by now, yet that trip remains unrealized and I have to wonder why.
How dare you make a wild assumption and then elevate that wild assumption to a fact.
You didn't even frame it as a question, or, as writers like Conason or Lyons might put it,
"Her political opponents questioned if her show of emotion was sincere."
No, you go waaaaaaay farther than that with your unsubstantiated and gratuitous assertion
that she was "seeking sympathy" when she got choked up and that's the kind of horseshit
that would've been beneath the old Robert Parry, the one that stuck to the facts.
This can't be the same Robert Parry I've been reading for years and years.
I've seen you
give
those traitorus Bush bastards the benefit of the doubt,
but lately, your readers have
gotten nothing from you but FOX News-style "journalism" and that's really sad.

I've been nice to Obama.
I want the candidate who is most against the US invasion and occupation of Iraq.
If we compare just Hillary and Obama, I'm pretty sure Obama is more opposed to
this war than Clinton. We might argue how big the difference is, but it is not zero,
and that's significant enough for me.
But what if the guy who says he's against the war has never been in a big fight?
Gore and Kerry had a lifetime in politics, but fell victim to the GOP Slime Machine.
Here is the passage I want to comment on specifically:
