Last night, he used the phrase 6-8 times but he used it wrong every time.
If you hit four home runs, or pitch a no-hitter, that's not "over the top."
Wearing a meat dress to an awards show - that's over the top.
Snorting a line of ants off the sidewalk - that's over the top.
Scoring 40 points in a basketball game, that's not over the top.
Tyler's from Boston - why doesn't he know the meaning of the phrase?
And why doesn't somebody tell him he's not making sense?
