and bin Laden's ruthless strategy of terrorist violence - one helping the other.

Last April, a National Intelligence Estimate concluded that Bush's Iraq War had become
the "cause celebre" that had helped spread Islamic extremism around the globe.

In June, U.S. intelligence also learned that bin Laden's terrorist band wants to keep U.S. soldiers
bogged down in Iraq as the best way to maintain and expand al-Qaeda's influence.

Subject: the dead vote Republican

With electronic voting machines a Democrat needs to have a 5 point lead to win an election.
That's because electronic voting machines always makes "mistakes" in favor of Republicans.
Most of the country's elected officials who are in charge of voting are Republicans and they
slant the elections by not providing enough machines in Democratic areas.
Theys make Democrats wait in lines for hours to vote when Republicans only wait 5 minutes.

Republicans have already started their election tricks. In California a Republican mailed 14,000
LEGAL immigrants threatening them with jail if they vote. They are now trying to purge Dems
from voter rolls. 2600 dead people have already voted in New York and the dead are voting for
Republicans. (Perhaps because Republicans are against the death tax?)

We are still waiting to see if Republicans get Osama to make an election eve appearance like
he did in 2004. Maybe Bush will fake a disaster and suspend elections? If there's a way to cheat
the Republicans will figure it out. So Democrats have to work harder to win elections that are
slanted in favor of Republicans.

Macaca staffers rough up Blogger

A physical confrontation was caught on tape between Macaca aides and blogger Mike Stark,
a man who has been following Allen around the campaign trail and peppering him with questions.

Stark, an ex-marine who is currently a law student at the University of Virginia, showed up
and was tackled and put into a choke hold by Macaca aides for asking Allen a question.
Stark said he was "within four feet" of Allen when he started firing off questions.

"My question was, 'Senator Allen, Democrats are making this election about accountability.
You can shut them up by telling us what was in your police records from the seventies,'"
Stark told TalkingPoints Memo. "He muttered to himself, 'I'm not gonna go there.'
Immediately his staff started pushing me around, shoving me around, forming a human wall
between me and him. I continued to pace him out into the lobby. My next question was,
'Is it true that you spit on your wife?'"

"Then somebody said, 'Now you're getting personal,' and wrestled me to the ground,'"
Stark said, adding that he intends to press charges against Allen's staff.

I saw the longer video on CNN right after it happened. NBC cut this video (and cut out
Stark's questions) to make it appear as if Macaca was in some grave physical danger.

Macaca's staff acted like the SS acted when Kinckley shot Reagan.
Macaca's staff and NBC want you to know that Macaca "escaped unharmed."
Whore NBC wants you to know that Macaca "wasn't injured" by the questions,
as tho Stark was hurling severed, bloody deer heads at Macaca and his children.

Why can't the whore media just give us the facts?
They could've played the tape in its entirety, but nooooooooooooo.
They can't let the facts speak for themselves, nooooooooooooo.
They have to spin things Macaca's way so the GOP can keep the senate.

Whore NBC should have to register this as a campaign contribution.

innocent through DNA testing, the Innocence Project said today. Based on eyewitness misidentification,
Larry Fuller, 57, was convicted of aggravated rape in August 1981 and sentenced to 50 years in prison.

Police showed the victim several photos at her home two days after the rape; although Fuller's photo
was among the six she was shown, the victim did not identify him.

Several days later, police again showed the victim several photographs at her home to see whether she
could identify her attacker. Fuller's photo was the only one in the second photo array that was also in
the first one. She then "positively" identified him, and he was arrested. In 1981, Fuller had a two-day trial 
in which the victim had "never wavered" in identifying him.  35 minutes later, the all-white jury convicted him.
 

Reminder: Bush holds the Western Hemisphere record for state-sanctioned murders.
When they'd take a prisoner's file to Bush to read, instead he would ask, "Is he guilty?"
And the messenger always said "Yes," so Bush never bothered to read the file.
The "guilty" prisoner would then be executed - and Bush never bothered to do his job.

Remember those presidential papers from the Reagan/Bush I administrations
that were scheduled to be released under the Freedom of Information Act?

Bush's first official act as President was to block the release of those papers.

Kerry is absolutely maddening.  He has learned nothing.
A guy that has such an ability for fiery populist rhetoric absolutely plays
into their hands by apologizing and labelling what he said a 'botched  joke'.

This is what he should have said:

George Bush has disrespected the troops by sending them uprepared into a deadly war
that seems to have no purpose.  I have always supported the troops and I continue to
support the troops.  I was telling young  people - get an education.  You don't want the
military to be your only option, because it's not smart to put your life in Bush's hands.

George Bush is disrespecting  the troops every day, and that's the truth and it's a damn shame.

Padilla: I was tortured by US for 3 years

It's alllllllll about the timing.

Michael J. Fox quit his highly-rated Spin City sitcom years ago, due to his illness.

Since then, he's done the occasional TV project, but nothing major,
because he has a family to take care of ...and he's got plenty of money.
Having plenty of money can solve day-to-day problems, but not BIG problems.

Last night on Boston Legal, Michael J. Fox died. He died of lung cancer,
and he postumously sent a Mariachi band to break the news to his fiance/wife.
David E. Kelly could not have forseen this, so it's a helluva coincidence.

MJF died the same week the vulgar Pigboy viciously attacked him for faking it.

If the troops don't think they're "stuck in Iraq," then make Iraq duty entirely voluntary.

Voluntary military you say? I say voluntary tours of duty.
These men and women can't otherwise vote with their feet without going AWOL.
You must permit them to expressly choose to serve in this theater, and honor their decision to opt out.

Bart,

Have you ever seen the actual video where Pelosi says she is measuring for drapes? 
I searched and googled all over and have not yet been able to find any substantial proof 
that she said anything like that. Text transcription is not proof enough for me. 
Anybody can write that somebody said something but that does mean they did.

(N-Sync is rock's best band?  They're not even a band, much less rock's best.
