I am very saddened. This site has been a godsend of sanity and humor in an insane and un-funny world. May the Flying Spaghetti Monster spice thy path.

I discovered Bart about 10?, maybe more years ago, when Media Whores sorta went bye-bye. I loved him and his insight and humor (or attempts there-at). You'll be missed, you old Oakie. Go well.

Bart, I first found you through a Salon link in 1998. I needed your page to get through some tough times surrounded by non-thinking individuals. Loved your radio and the paper reading. I will miss you. Thank you. Condolences to Mrs. Bart.

Well ol' Bart, you faught the good fight and that is more than most folks can say. You took the time to include us in and keep us up to date on many of the fall through the crack articles past up on by the major media. I know you didn't buy into the religious stuff, but where ever you may be now, keep swingin'. By-by buddy. Charlie from Belchertown.
