Two thought hit my small brain as I read that quote:
Race was the primary reason
they went after Clinton in Arkansas.
I forget the guy's name, it was Jim Johnson or somebody
who was feeding the House Managers
all the wacky lies about Clinton raping teens on the Governor's
Mansion dinner table while high
on the coke that he imported from the Mena airport, etc
(That a lot of Dems bought into in 2008)
Clinton was a "nigger lover" and that's why he had to
be impeached.
I find it semi-hysterical that
Bob Parry is saying some people have an irrational hatred of the
Clintons.
Really, Bob? Are some people really willing
to throw away their stellar reputations
just to get in a few cheap shots on the Clintons? Really,
Bob?

Subject: The Tea Party's Tool of Hate
The Tea Party is actually desecrating the flag
rather than honoring it by using it as a tool of hatred.
It's no different than the way the Ku Klux Klan
used the flag to try to define themselves as the
"Real Americans" when their message is that the
rest of us are not as real of Americans as they are.
They walk around in their costumes waiving their
flags and their crosses and wearing their guns and
spouting racist rhetoric calling everyone who
disagrees with them Communists and Nazis.
Their message is meant to inspire violence and
is phony and dishonest.
America is a land of many cultures. We are all
immigrants or the descendants of immigrants from all parts of the world.
This is not a nation of just white people. When
someone uses the flag to send a message of hate and exclusion they are
dishonoring everything America stands for. It
takes more than just waiving a flag to be an American. When the flag
becomes a lie about your patriotism and you use
it as a tool of anger you might as well just set it on fire because
your message is not the message that this country
was founded upon.

spread some money around for four or five months
until well is complete and well will pay for this in a few months.
We need to nationalize the oil companies..the

If it is in our national interest to defend oil
companies rights to drill and have pipelines in the middle east etc.
have our troops die and kill innocent people
then let the government of the US take over the companies...
Nationalize them.With the need for profits removed

spill.....
The amount of dispersant already used would kill
all the aquatic life along the coast without the oil.
Why the dispersant?
ONE REASON.....You can't see the oil..
Minimize the oil on the Fla. beaches...Or
kill the aqua culture for decades...
Lawsuits from poor fisherman or huge tourist
related corporations and beachfront businesses chose one..
All with the approval of EPA, Coast Guard etc..

they'd be demanding an immediate stop to ALL wars we're fighting
just to make the super-rich richer.
But no, they want to scream racial insults at the President, instead.
