Another very sad, huge loss. Bart helped keep many of us sane and he saw through the BS of the very wrong right. I will miss the near-daily humor, rants and random thoughts. Having read his page for about a dozen years, I know we have lost a valued friend here on the Internet. We need to move forward with Bart's - and our goals. The country will be a better place IF we keep swinging the hammer and defeat the republicans and their failed, inhumane policies. Also, best wishes and thank you to Mrs. Bart and thank you for sharing Bart with us. He meant so much to so many. R.I.P. and Thank You Bart, you are and were awesome.

Like his other readers, I was stunned and saddened to learn that Terry, aka 'Bartcop' had passed away. My condolences to his wife, family, & friends. Many other people are sadly grieving the loss of this awesome man with you.

I have read his blog every day for 10 years & I'm sure I'll continue to visit the page out of habit. When I do, I'll remember the wit, irreverence, & good heart that came through in every page he published.

Bartcop has been a source of information, entertainment, & insight that helped many of us retain our sanity & sense of humor in the most bleak times.
